When purchasing a portable building isn’t an option for our customers, the rent-to-own program at Prairie Built Barns Boody, IL means these buildings may be rented – 90 days same as cash – with no credit check, no penalty fees, and no money down. There are no applications to fill out, either! You aren’t obligated to keep the building when you no longer need it. You may simply stop renting the building and there will be no impact on your credit rating. 

Each building may be customized, inside and out, with doors, windows, porches, garage doors, and so on. Choose from 36-, 48-, or 60-month contract options. After the contract obligations are met, you own the building outright.
